Four year old Riggin loves dressing up and pretending that he is a cowboy. He enjoys playing his guitar, singing, dancing and playing with his John Deere tractors.
When he was asked what he wanted for his wish, he knew exactly what he wanted; to be a cowboy. In July, 2009, Riggin got his wish to be a cowboy for a whole week when Make-A-Wish® sent him to the 7D Ranch in Cody, Wyoming.
Before arriving to the 7D, Riggin had some true cowboy’s work to do. First, he was to drive his very own John Deere Power Wheels tractor in a kid’s parade and ride in the 4th of July parade in Cody! Then it was off to the Cody Stampede Rodeo. There, Riggin got to meet real life rodeo stars and got to hang around with a couple of the rodeo clowns.
At the 7D Ranch, Riggin got to enjoy playing with other cowboys and cowgirls. He got to ride on his very own horse and sing along with an authentic cowboy singer. Riggin learned all the best cowboy dances such as: line dancing, the chicken dance and the jamboree. He ate authentic cowboy grub and lived the cowboy life on the ranch. Riggin is a true Wyoming cowboy!
